ABOUT THE BANK : Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Microcreditbank” was established by Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on May 5 The bank's head office is located at: Tashkent, st. Lutfiy 14, has a network of 135 banking service centers operating in all regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Management Board Butayev Orif Aliboyevich Chairman of the Board of the BankThe bank's board is the bank's executive body. It carries out the current activities of the bank, implements decrees (resolutions) of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board of the bank. The bank's board reports to the Supervisory Board on the financial condition of the bank at least once a quarter, as well as periodically, as necessary.

HR policy The positive updates, creative works, priority directions of development and the essence of the reforms implemented in our country depend first of all on the correct selection, formation and management of the personnel reserve. The main goal of personnel policy in fulfilling the tasks assigned to the bank is to form a team of professional personnel. ABOUT my work and experience: Currently I work in the Budget Controlling department, my job is especially in finance and accounting. I control the operating expenses of the head office and branches, for example, a branch creates a transaction for making a payment for the purchase of a fixed asset, I check whether the transaction was created correctly, contracts according to the law, I chek the expenses correspond to the budget of our bank and if everything is correct, I approve the expenses.
